Field engineer monitor work progress of (PG&E) by measuring attachments, Cable TV & Telco utilities,

Type of work: Installation direct fiber to homes. Duties: Supervise & monitor Verizon new built substructures projects installations, perform by directional boring or boring w/missle of 1 1/4” & 1 1/2” conduits. Installation of handholes,

flower pots and fiber optic cable buried or aerial. Inspect restorations remove & replace of concrete panels, asphalt

paving and sod. Wheel out footages calculate cost estimations, critique daily reports, damage reports & handle residential complaints. ITC Service Group. 2007 Inspector AT&T location Bakersfield Ca. Duties: Inspect, monitor and calculate AT&T maintenance crew, Irish Construction Company daily work progress in Bakersfield and surrounding cities. Restoration remove & replace concrete panels, pothole paving and sod. Backhoeing,and backfilling restoring maintenance pits, trenches and bores at residential or retail area work sites.  Which provides AT&T technicians the ability to install pedestals Cad 6-14 systems, repair splice points, peewees, drops, copper cable relocations and repairs. With this, I fill out daily reports and cost estimation forms.

Linderlake Corporation. 2007 Locator,  Qwest Communications, Job:  Caltrans & Caltrop Interstate 5 highway widen fiber relocation project. Location Orange Co. Duties: Monitor and locate Qwest fibeline, handholes, manholes and assist pits. Also monitor Sprint, Wiltel, Level3, TimeWarner and MCI when backhoeing was taking place within 5ft to 10ft of Qwest fiberline.

Linderlake Corporation.  2006  Inspector/Locator.  Project Plute Homes Glausaus.  Duties:  Monitor construction companies work progress, fill out daily report, locate Qwest fiberline maintain safety of underground utility.  Construction company Smith & Denison trench in and splice okonite 5 aluminum cable, they also placed vaults, manholes and transformers.  Ghilotti construction dismantle and replace old curbs, sidewalks and gutters.  Locator used while locating PDL2-FA1 radio detector. Project located in Emoryville, Ca.

Quality Integrated Services (QIS). 2006 Route Tech Locator, Company: Wiltel and Level3 communications, assignments: Receive dig tickets locates from network system at home computer or at office. Monitor, locate and verify dig tickets alerts locates from Riverside co, Orange co, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula and San Diego co. Locator equipment used, Radio Detector PDL2.  Also, monitor construction projects which were in progress during my route inspecting.

Linderlake Corporation. 2005-2006  Inspector/Locator.  Projects Level 3 Communication.  Contracting companies:  Golden State Utility Company (GSUC), CTI Telecommunication and HHS.  Assignments:  Inspect and monitor contractor crews work process and job performances in relations to blowing, pulling and removing microduct and fiber optic cables.  Provide daily reports read and draw asbuilts, locate verify handholes, manholes, fiber optic lines and underground facilities also perform field engineering.   Receive e-mails network station to locate dig tickets in various cities in surrounding Los Angeles counties.  Tool used during assignments:  Locator Radio Detector PDL2, computer, disk camera and measuring wheel.

Golden Field Services. 2004-2005 Inspector/Locator.  Project MCI #041332-7, 041332-8 & 041332-9 Construction Co. Fiber Tel & ACI (Advanced Communications Incorporated.).  The project consisted of blowing microduct and fiber optic cable from Texas, El Paso to Phoenix, Arizona.  Duties:  Inspect and monitor construction crew daily work progress.  Locate and verify underground facilities, manholes and handholes.  Fill out daily report. Locating equipment used Radio Detector PDL2-FA1.  Construction crew blew microduct and fiber optic cable with Conduix Air-Trak System, Arnco Air-Trak System and the Sherman Riley System.

ITC Service Group Inc. 2003-2004 Inspector/Locator.  Project MCI #041122 Construction Co.  ACI (Advanced Communications Incorporated.)  The project consisted of blowing microduct fiber optic cable from San Jose to Dominguez Hills, Carson CA.  Duties:  Inspect and monitor construction crew daily work progress.  Locate and verify underground facilities, manholes and handholes.  Perform Asbuilt Redlining, fill out daily report.  Locating equipment used Ditchwitch, 950 Locator, Radio Detector PDL2 – FA1, 3M Dynatel Systems EMS2 Lead Locator.     Construction crew blew microduct and fiber optic cable with Conduix Air-Trak System, Arnco Air-Trak System and the Sherman Riley System.

Onsite Engineering & Environmental. 2001-2003 Microtunneling Construction Inspector:  Management Company Black & Veatch.  Assignments: Monitor and Inspect the restoration C.I.P.P of 4,000 feet water and sewer main pipeline performed by contractors daily, draw and critique asbuilts.  Fill our, read and verify time and material, field change orders, Microtunneling system performance and submittals reports.  Took photos, verify underground utilities, assist and monitor Caltrans traffic control and public works shutting off water systems.  Inspected rehabilitation and restoration of gutters, sidewalks, parking structures and pavement of pacific coast highway.  Project#61987.

International Telecommunication Inc. 2000-2001 Fiber Optic Construction Inspection:  Project #24506, From San Francisco to San Jose, California.  Project- Multi Media Fiber Optic Network. Construction Company - Bechtel Inc. Duties:  Inspect splicers, provide head count, fill out daily report, verify sequential, splice points, cable matrixes and equipment.  Located manholes and provide end closures, implement splice points using Excel and Word 97.

BMA (Bio-Medical Application) 1991-1997/FMC (Fresenius Medical Care) 1997-2000:  Bio Medical Engineer-Chief Tech. (Hemodialysis).  Manage and supervise Chronic and Acutes Units budgets, maintain Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems and dialysis machinery.  Perform inventory control order supplies, shipping and receiving and perform in-service twice a year.
